The Office of Local School Council Relations is currently recruiting judges to serve in the upcoming 2014 Local School Council elections on April 7 and 8.

LaSalle II is on schedule to receive a new playground, basketball court, mural and raised growing beds on the Wolcott side of the school this coming summer! Thanks to the support of OpenLands, Alderman Moreno, and the parent Capital Campaign, our dreams of a campus re-imagination is becoming a reality.
Due to the inclement weather and dangerously low temperatures predicted for Monday, January 6th, the January 6th LSC meeting has been cancelled. The next regularly scheduled LSC meeting is set for February 3, 2014 at 6pm.

Karen Alvarez who is the Midwest region’s representative presented Jen Turner (LaSalle II’s Box Tops coordinator) with a trophy in recognition of the school’s collection efforts.
